Abbiocco Fine Dining returns for its third year sponsoring Mogstock and feeding faire-goers. This year we showcase its owner's roots in Doma with a Ramen Bar.Order your broth and noodles at the start of the line and top your bowl the way you like it best.
As with all things Abbiocco, you can be promised only the most premium of quality ingredients.

Broths & Noodles

All ramen broths come served with udon noodles which have been boiled to a perfect al dente texture - chewy without being mushy.

Sea Siren Ramen Base

A perfectly golden umami seafood broth, flavoured by prawn, fish and soy sauces, garlic, onion and ginger. A bit of heat is added by an Abbiocco secret dragon-pepper sauce.

Mooglemeat Base

Despite its name, this rich brown broth is free of any moogle meat and is instead flavoured by both dzo and karakul and spiced with sambal oelek, popoto, fish and soy sauces, ginger, garlic and onions.

Vivace Vegetable Base

This green vegetable base will have you slurping down your noodles at a vivace pace: lively and fast! Gochugaru, sesame, garlic, ginger, onion, shiitake mushrooms and soy sauce creates an umami adventure.

Green Tea

A loose leaf green tea, served hot in a small strained teapot. Please advise us if you need milk, sugar, honey, or other sins for your tea.

Ramune

A delightfully fizzy citrus carbonated drink, served in a moogle-shaped bottle. Serves two, bottles cannot leave Ramen House.

Sake

Two types of sake are available for ramen eaters; a dry and light-bodied sake for spicy ramen, and a fuller-body sweet sake for savory ramen.

Pumpkin Cookies

Brownish orange cookies with peanutbutter chips. Shaped with a cookie cutter to have various jack-o-lantern faces and shapes.

Homemade snacking pretzels, crunky and salty, dipped in chocolate and candy coatings and salted again.

Wermy Worms

A small paper cone of gelatin worms, flavoured with berry juices and coated in a mixture of sweetened salt.

Dragon Popo Crisps

Popoto Crisps thinly sliced and flash fried before being dusted with a mixture of dragon pepper dust and salt. Flaming hot to taste and warm to the touch, served in a paper cone.

The Poison Apple

This vibrant reddish-orange apple cider drink glitters and swirls mysteriously. This icy cold drink mixes together apple cider and cranberry juice with a fair splash of grenadine and fireball to give this apple a kick.

The Jekyll & Gin

A simple drink of gin, lemon juice, grenadine and tonic water, as the quinine in the water causes the drink to glow in the dark. Served in a tall glass with ice.

The Witch's Heart

A mix of apple vodka, grenadine, and blackberry liqueur, mixed together and served in a martini glass. A scoop of powdered dry ice crystal causes the drink to billow mist.

Purple People Eater

A purple cocktail so dark it is almost black, served in a sugar-rimmed glass. Vodka, blue curacao, sweet & sour mix, grenadine and cranberry-grape juice. Shaken with ice before strained into the glass.

Hot Buttered Rum

Piping hot rum, dosed liberally with melted butter and brown sugar, served in a toasty deep coffee mug and topped with a brown-sugar and cinnamon cream swirl.

Black Magic

This margarita is sent into spookyville through the addition of black dye and silvery tequila. The glass is rimmed by a scary black salt.

The Witch's Potion

A fizzy lemon and pomegranate drink dosed liberally with floating jelly orbs that resemble newt eyeballs. Garnished with a wermy worm.

Spooky Cactuar

A non-alcoholic mix of fizzy lime soda and grape juice for the sober companion.

Dante & Serena - October 1, 2021

Abbiocco Catering is pleased to present a buffet of appetizers, entrées, and desserts in celebration of the exchange of vows between Danté Galandus and Serena Kiara this lovely night, October 1, 2021.Each of the blue and white banquet tables are set up with glistening white china and crystal glasses, flowers littering the tabletop. Bottles of both white and red wines in dark glass bottles have been set up, as well as a crystal carafe of icy lemon water.In the centre of each table is a slowly turning disc with multiple bowls and platters on it, containing the appetizers for the night. These will be replenished throughout and seem endless.For entrées, please head to the kitchen bar for your bride or groom drink and a choice of main course dish.Finally, one table has been set aside, decorated with colourful flowers and delicious desserts.

Appetizers

Mermaid's Delight
Crisped ruby salmon skin with bean sprouts, baby lettuce, and sweet mango flesh is topped with a ginger vinaigrette.

Coco-Choco Soup
A creamy, tangy experience, this soup of coconut milk and tenderized red chocobo flesh is served alongside a small plate of 'toppings'; chopped celery, crispy noodles, mandarin slices, red onion and slivered almonds.

Tempeh Wingehs
Baked to perfection and coated in a special house sauce, these tempeh wings will satisfy even the most ardent vegetarian. Sticky, sweet and sour, and delicious!

Table Drinks

Dark bottles of white and red wines and a crystal carafe of water are on the rotating disc as well.*

Ul'dahn White
A dry, complex white with fruity and leathery notes. Hints of vanilla and baking spices.

Ishgardian Red
A colder climate red. Bright, fruity notes. Reminiscent of Blackberry and Currant and ripe Rolanberries

Effervescent Blueberry-Lemon Water
Icy seltzer water with just a touch of lemon and blueberry and kept chill with ice balls.

Entrées

Entrées can be obtained from Nyte Snow in the buffet servery!

Cherry Suruwa
A creamy curry of coconut milk, ruby salmon, onion, chilies, garam masala, cumin and turmeric; served over fragrant wild rice and with a side of flat bread.

Hunter's Quarry
Freshly hunted boar is cooked in an underground oven, ensuring a slow roasting cook. Tender to the point of perfection, slices of boar are served alongside bok choy, grilled pineapple slices, and wild rice.

Tofu & Pineapple Skewers
A meaty (without meat) kabob consisting of grilled tofu, pineapple chunks, and green bell peppers. Drizzled in a sweet and spicy tomato marinade and served with wild rice.

Bride & Groom Drinks

To acquire the bride & groom drinks as well as your entrée, head to the catering stand to be served by Nyte Snow & Bizan Sorac.

The Danté Colada
A tall and vibrantly orange drink, as smooth as the groom himself. Frosty with crushed ice and chunks of delightfully tart pineapple and juice, sweet coconut cream, and dark Thanalan rum, this drink with its bright straw and pineapple garnish can be enjoyed by any.

The Serene Serena
This bubblingly effusive drink defies its serene name, delicate bubbles burbling to its surface. Served in a tall glass over perfectly round ice balls, this mix of bubbling white wine, lemon liquer and blueberry wine make for a fruity, potent drink.

Desserts

A table has been set up with beautiful desserts and a wedding cake. Once you've enjoyed your entrée, come over and fill a plate with sweets.

Haupia
Fresh, jiggly coconut pudding has been prepared to perfection -- soft enough to be pudding but firm enough to pick up. These creamy white squares are sprinkled with crystalized honey and sea salt flakes.

The Honeyed Cake
This brown round cake may look like nothing special but one bite of its pie-shaped slices will change the mind of any diner. Sweet and honeyed, the crunch of slivered almonds, the subtle kick of ginger and cinnamon, and the moist texture will cap off your evening.

Po'e
A pudding of thickened coconut milk and bananas, seasoned with vanilla and brown sugar. Baked in the fire pit in banana leaves before being served.

We here at Aethertreats by Abbiocco wish the new bride and groom, Ayame Astralforth and Arathorn Pendragon, the very best! Our restaurant, located on Mateus in the Goblet's Ward 9, plot 42 (Sultana Subdivision) has been set up with a catering station on our bard's stage. Light Fare

SNOWSHIMI PLATTER
Prepared by Chef Snow, this dish comes with several different types of sushi and dipping sauces, all served on a fragrant wooden platter.
Included are two each of yugr'am salmon, yu-no-hana crab, and rose shrimp nigiri, red caviar and tobiko gunkan, yugr'am salmon rolls, glass tuna rolls, and yugr'am salmon sashimi. Served with soy and wasabi dipping sauces.
CHAWANMUSHI EGG CUSTARD
Delicately diced reishi mushrooms, Yanxian parsley, and other seasonal roots go into this lorikeet egg custard dish. Served hot from the oven and served in a glazed clay bowl. Comes with a side of rice or salad.
BAI SOUP DUMPLINGS
Bao soup dumplings look adorable, perfectly shaped to look like a closed flower bud. Inside, a mix of shredded pork, scallions, and ginger swim inside a flavorful chicken broth, promising a juicy bite to diners. The perfect solution for a cold rainy day. Served piping hot.
POT-STICKER DUMPLINGS
Pan-fried dough dumplings, stuffed with seasoned ground ovim and diced vegetables. Served in a bamboo steamer basket with soy sauce on the side for dipping.
DUMPLING SOUP
Juicy dumplings crammed with seasoned pork, shrimp, and vegetables, these wontons swim in a clear vegetable broth and are served piping hot in a glazed clay bowl.

Filling Fare

WILD BACON BIRDS
Roasted, seasoned wild-harvested pheasant bites wrapped in smoky, salty bacon.
CATSEYE
A pan-seared, blackened walleye, served alongside roasted cattails. Dressed with lemon and dill, and cracked pepper and salt.
SNARED VENISON
Aged venison tenderloin, pan roasted, served wrapped in a creeping ivy net with grilled apricot slices. Finished with a garnish of edible wild flowers.
VERDANT GROWTH
A heartly meal of roasted fried beets with a creamy, sweet pea puree, served alongside grilled leek and fennel spears. The dish is finished with a garnish of edible fennel tops.

Desserts

DELICATE LOTUS BLOOM
A delicate and white pastry dish that, when baked, presents itself in a manner reminiscent of the fragrant lotus. The bud within is made of sweetened lotus paste.
SPRING MELT
A delicate bowl of vanilla iced cream, adorned by glittery raspberries and blackberries, whipped cream, and topped with a warm vanilla sauce.
WINE FLOWER GLOBES
Edible wildflowers, sustainably harvested by the Wildwood Elezen, suspended in globes of sweetened white wine gelatin.

A Menu for a Night of Memories

SHEPHERD'S CROQUETTES
These fried, golden brown croquettes are crisp to bite into, revealing a delicious blend of mashed mountain popoto, ground dzo and karakul meat, carmelized onion, carrots, celery, and mozzarella. Served with a side of toasted, butter-drizzled mollette.
GRILLED BUTTERNUT SQUASH SALAD
A colourful blend of vibrant greens and boisterous orange, this salad of grilled butternut squash, arugula, romaine, spinach, toasted pine-nuts, crumbled cheese and toasted pinenuts is completed with a drizzle of pesto vinaigrette and a side of butter-drenched mollette.
DZO & RISOTTO
A pan-seared marbled sirloin dzo steak lusciously flavoured with the last of the summer truffle butter, is served with a creamy mushroom risotto. To cleanse the palate at the end, diners enjoy a tart faerie apple slaw.
MUSHROOM ODEN
Enjoy a taste of Doma with this hearty stew, full of mushroom, konnyaku balls, leek, popoto, carrot, parsnip, and ganmodoki tofu. Served with both chopstick and spoon.
PASTA CON CHOCOBO
Spiralized zucchini noodles is served perfectly cooked along with a sauce of tomatoes, garlic, basil and parmesan.
SPICY GRILLED SALMON
This salmon steak is served perfectly seared and fall-off-the-fork ready, alongside a serving of the butternut squash salad. A dragon pepper spicy sauce favoured by the people of Doma has been drizzled over the fish. Make sure you let your server know if you wish this sauce on the side!
BRIOCHE PUDDING
This oven-baked brioche bread pudding is warm from the oven, sweet with milk and eggs. Served with or without raisins, and drizzled with a decadent bourbon butterscotch sauce.
KURI DORAYAKI
These palm-sized honey-batter pancakes, stuffed with a luscious paste of chestnut and fruity cream, will end your culinary journey to the East with a tender, delicious note. Said to be the owner's favorite treat.

Scoops!

Freshly churned buffalo milk and crushed ice crystals have formed the perfect, smooth iced cream. Choose one or two scoops, served in a crunchy waffle bowl or cone. Flavour mixing allowed -- and encouraged!

Flavours

Vanilla
Cold and creamy, this white icecream is speckled with little black pieces of ground vanilla bean. The taste is sweet and slightly reminiscent of café au lait.
Chocolate
This rich brown iced cream is flavoured with the butter of the kukuru bean, and has a strong chocolate flavour. Any bitterness is compensated for by the sugar in the iced cream.
Red Bean
Sweet and nutty, this soft cream is smooth the the tastebuds and tongue alike, without a trace of the bean paste itself.
Mint'qote
A pale green iced cream strongly tasting and smelling of mint, and dotted with chocolate chunks. Two triangular cookies are added to the topmost scoop to give it a feline appearance.
Pecan
A creamy white iced cream with pecan and walnut chunks and a drizzling of maple syrup.
Rolanberry
Sweet berries and milk come together with ice to create this pale pink iced cream. Red, juicy bits of fruit dot this icecream.


Mogstock Specials!

Rolanberry Sparkle
A delicious mixture of pulped rolanberries and creamy, soft iced cream, blended together with a light dusting of lightning aethersand to add the distinctive sparkle to the dish, as well as a delightful tingling sensation to the tongue and mouth of the eater. Served in a crystalized sugar cone - eat fast, before the sugar melts!
Clayde's Mashed Popoto!
A vibrant orange iced cream of buffalo milk and cooked and mashed sweet popoto. Drizzled with maple syrup and rough salt.
Forest Fancy
A delightful blend of chocolate ice cream, made with fresh La Noscean cacao beans and aurochs milk, and Gridanian nuts of various kinds, primarily walnuts and pecans - roasted, then cooled and crushed before being mixed into the ice cream. Served in a wooden bowl magically enchanted to grow a tree later in the year! Leave in the woods for future growth.
Warrior's Celebration
A dish for those who want to celebrate their martial prowess on a hot day, this ice cream is an unusual mixture of ice cream made from fresh aurochs milk, mixed with a healthy helping of fatty fish and dzo, lightly salted and cooked before being mixed into the frozen treat.

Milkshakes!

Freshly churned iced cream mixed with flavourings and extra chilled buffalo milk come together to make the perfect, smooth and creamy drinkable treat. Served in tall crystalized sugar glasses with a thick papered straw.

A shake that looks like some guy caused a mudslide, put it in a glass, and called it art; except way tastier. Our house blended kukuru powder makes for the excellent chocolate iced cream base, and nutty butter gives it a smoothness. Add in the buttercup candies we've sprinkled in and you'll be loving it.
Snurbles
I don't know about you, but personally I'm all about those snurbleberries. Rolanberries are sweet and plump, but there's something about those tangy little guys I can't get enough of... so we've crammed as many as possible into a milkshake for you. It's in the cream, the milk, and just a few more fresh ones cut up for good measure.
Old School
It might not seem fancy, but the classics stick around for good reason. It's got the finest vanilla ice cream, the sweetest buffalo milk, and pristine whipped cream given a dash of sprinkles. This baby is a true $5 shake... whatever a dollar is.
Nanners
This shake is B-A-N-A-N-A-S. Is it stuck in your head yet? Good, our subliminal messaging is working. Now get yourself a yellow shake filled up with fresh banana slices and spiced with just a touch of cinnamon. You won't regret ordering it, even if you may regret reading this description.

Come on down to the jungle and get yourself a fresh mango shake that'll have you craving a vacation far away from civilization. We'll even serve it in a coconut with a little umbrella for you to add to your experience- how's that for wild?


Mogstock Bevs!

The Rainbow Crusher
A delicious melding of flavours! Lemon yellow, rolanberry red, blueberry blue, and blackberry blue popsicles are broken up and placed inside a tall glass before covered in fizzy soda water.
Cool Daddy-o
A tall mug of chilled coffee, topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. (Can also be served as a milkshake).
The Miss Snow (cone)
Shaved ice that can be flavoured with flavoured syrups. Aethertreats has rolanberry, blackberry, pixie apple, lemon, lime, and orange flavours available.
Sparkle Water
Chilled, sparkling water, flavoured with one of the Miss Snow syrups.
